A Word from Department Chair, Dr. Hart

Dear Biomedical Engineering Alumni and Friends:

Welcome to our latest e-newsletter!

We continue to expand the faculty, with four hired for this Fall, bringing the total to 32 people (with multiple split appointments, that corresponds to 24 full-time-equivalents). In addition, we have finalized plans to move to the new Biomedical and Materials Engineering Complex (part new construction, part renovation of Koffolt and Fontana) on central campus that will house Biomedical Engineering and a portion of Materials Science and Engineering.

Please join me in welcoming our new members and recognizing the accomplishments all our faculty, students and alumni. Read more.
